There's a couple of new natural sleep aids found at supermarkets recently. Alteril and Unisom's Natural Nights. Alteril is expensive at over $14 for 15 doses. But it works very nicely. It contains L-Tryptophan, Glycine, Melatonin, GABA, skullcap herb, valerian root, hops and passionflower extracts.
Natural Nights was a surprise for what little it seems to have in it. It's advantage is that it is time released. It contains B6, Melatonin, and calcium. 30 doses at $9 to $10.
Neither one will trump pain, however.
